Return & Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, or you received the wrong item, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Call, with photos/video of the product and packaging.
• We'll arrange a pickup where available, or ask you to ship it back — return shipping is on us for damaged/wrong items.
• Replacement is dispatched within 3–5 business days, or a full refund is processed if a replacement isn't available.

Since our products are ingestible Ayurvedic health supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons — this is standard practice across the health and wellness industry.

• Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging.
• Customer bears return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns (unless the product itself was defective).
• A valid Order ID is required to process any return.

Once your return is received and inspected (or approved for a damaged/wrong item), here's how your refund reaches you:

• Online payments (UPI/Card/Netbanking): refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI — we'll collect your bank/UPI details on WhatsApp to process it.
• You'll get a confirmation message once the refund is initiated, along with the expected credit date.

For our weight-management products, follow the diet plan we provide, and we guarantee in writing that your fat will not increase again for 3 years. This is separate from our standard return/refund policy above — ask our team for full terms specific to your product.
